If you have a problem that has not been solved by our technical support, you may request a return.
The first step to start a return request is to fill in and confirm the following form, we will reply by email within 3 working days. In case of approval, we will communicate the instructions for the return and the return authorization number which must be written in the document accompanying the returned goods, and also on the package. Returns are not accepted for which a specific authorization has not been requested and given.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal (reserved exclusively for individuals) the product must not be purchased more than 14 days ago. In addition, the product must be in an aesthetic condition like new, without showing signs of use or installation. Transport is at the expense of the buyer.
In any case, please use a suitable containment and protection box to prevent damage during transport. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging.
