Med self-powered siren suitable for modular alarm control units from the MED 2200 series with serial number higher than 1740000000, MED 3200 with serial number higher than 1740000000, MED 11.x, MED 6000, and MED 7000.
It is equipped with an internal microprocessor that communicates with the control unit in digitally encoded form to further increase the system's security.
The internal battery is only charged with the engine running and an outside temperature above 0°C, to protect the internal nickel metal hydride battery.
A dedicated sensor constantly monitors the vehicle's battery charge level. In the event of a slow and progressive discharge (for example, due to lights left on) with the system armed, the SIR 050 automatically deactivates.
If the cables are cut while the system is armed, the siren will perform a maximum of 10 alarm cycles (European Directive 95/56/EC - Regulation ECE ONU R 97).

Please install the product following the instructions in the attached sheet.
No programming is required.
If the engine is washed, the siren must be adequately protected.
